The Capital Market Authority (the “Authority”) announces that the Authority’s Board has issued a decision on 30/02/1444 AH, corresponding to 26/09/2022 AD, approving the request of Saudi Summit Trading Company (the “Company”) to register and list 880,000 shares, representing 22% of its total shares, on the Parallel Market. The offering will be limited to qualified investors as defined in the glossary of terms used in the Authority’s regulations and rules.
