Watheeq Capital is a Saudi-based closed joint-stock company (CR number 1010458270 Date 25/12/1439 Hijri) with a paid-up capital of SAR 5 million based in Riyadh.

Watheeq Capital Company received a license from the Capital Market Authority (License No. 18189 – 32) on 27-02-2018 to provide advisory, structuring, investment management, and fund operation services in securities business. The company commenced operations on 28-10-2018.

Since its establishment, Watheeq is constantly working to lead the financial industry by developing and structuring innovative investment products and services that are Shariah-compliant for its clients.

The team consists of collectively varied experienced professionals with an exceptional network from the heart of the capital Riyadh throughout the globe while being the first Saudi investment management firm licensed by CMA that is fully-owned by professional partners.
