Abdulaziz Al-Tariqi is the Founder and Director of Abdulaziz Al-Tariqi Law Firm and Legal Consultations, established in 2015 and headquartered in Riyadh. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University and a Master’s degree in Law from the Institute of Public Administration, in addition to a license to practice law from the Ministry of Justice and membership in the Saudi Bar Association. Al-Tariqi has served as a legal advisor for leading companies such as Al Rajhi Capital, Al Rajhi Takaful, and Al Rajhi Real Estate Development. He has extensive experience in managing banking, financial, and financing transactions, as well as in establishing and managing real estate investment funds and providing legal support to companies seeking public offerings. He also contributed to the establishment of the Committees for the Resolution of Securities Disputes and played a role in developing their judicial principles
