Al-Mohareb has over 18 years of extensive experience in the investment and real estate sectors. He worked for five years at KASB Capital Group, during which he held several positions, the last of which was Real Estate Funds Manager, where he structured and managed several real estate funds with assets exceeding 600 million Saudi Riyals. He also served as the CEO of Watheeq Capital Consulting Office for three years, during which he worked on numerous financing and financial structuring transactions to support real estate developers in achieving their strategic goals, and participated in many brokerage operations in real estate deals, studies, investment structuring, and property valuation for multiple projects. He currently serves as Partner, CEO, and Vice Chairman of Watheeq Capital Company, as well as Vice Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Modern Homes Company for Real Estate Development and Investment. It is worth mentioning that Al-Mohareb holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management from the College of Business Administration (Financial Management) at Prince Sultan University in Riyadh, in addition to several professional certificates such as Certified International Corporate Governance Officer, Real Estate Valuation Certificate from the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers, Securities Dealing Certificate (CME-1), and the International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (CME-4).
