Al-Aiban has over 18 years of extensive experience in the fields of law, litigation, Sharia, and legal consultations. He holds a PhD in Legal Systems with a specialization in “Real Estate Title Registration” from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, a Master’s degree from Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. Al-Aiban has gained his wide and diverse expertise in the field of law through his work as a legal advisor at the Ministry of Justice in the Agency for Notarization Affairs and the Real Estate Title Registration Agency, as well as through his work as a legal advisor at Riyadh Municipality in the Land and Surveying Agency. He is also an accredited arbitrator and notary by the Ministry of Justice. Al-Aiban holds membership in the Arab Lawyers Union, the Saudi Scientific Society, and the Saudi Association for Systems.
