Ibrahim Al-Alwan has more than 20 years of experience in banking, financial, and real estate investments. He currently serves as the Managing Director of Watheeq Capital. He previously held several leadership positions, including Managing Director of Saudi Real Estate Company and CEO of KASB Capital Group, where he also oversaw asset management.
Before establishing Watheeq Capital in 2018, he served as CEO of AlOula Real Estate for three years, where he led projects valued at more than 10 billion Saudi Riyals across five countries. Al-Alwan also worked as Head of Research and Financial Analysis at Osoul & Bakheet Investment Company and as a Credit Manager at Bank Aljazira. He contributed to the establishment and management of 15 investment funds, including 12 real estate funds licensed by the Capital Market Authority. In addition to his executive roles, Al-Alwan is recognized as one of the leading experts in the Saudi market and has authored articles and appeared in specialized television interviews on investment.
