Hesham Shurrab holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University in Qassim, obtained in 2011, and has more than 12 years of experience in the financial and investment sector. His expertise includes managing public and private offerings in both the Main Market and the Parallel Market (Nomu), in addition to capital increases, corporate restructuring, IPO readiness assessments, structuring private equity funds, and overseeing custody operations for investment funds. Mr. Shurrab’s track record includes several notable achievements, such as managing and qualifying companies for listing on the Parallel Market – Nomu, where he successfully managed the offering and listing of 13 companies, in addition to three companies that were directly listed. He also led the preparation and listing of a specialized water company on the Main Market and managed four private placement transactions with a total value exceeding 100 million Saudi Riyals. Furthermore, he managed a private equity fund investing in the education and healthcare sectors with a size of 700 million Saudi Riyals and oversaw real estate assets under custody valued at more than 2.5 billion Saudi Riyals. Previously, Mr. Shurrab worked at Marifa Capital (formerly Darfin Capital) from 2019 to July 2023 as Acting CEO and Head of Investment Banking, at KASB Capital Group from 2013 to June 2019 as Senior Officer of Structuring and Custody, and at Amwal Financial Company as a Financial Analyst. He also holds professional certificates accredited by the Capital Market Authority.
